• Send booking confirmations, arrival updates, and invoices via WhatsApp/SMS.

5. Verified Helper Protocol

Taskers only receive the specific customer address and contact number needed to fulfill the booked chore during the active booking window. Once the job is completed, tasker access to customer contact records is restricted.
